Wow! What a day... yesterday I got lots of email. First things first: Someone named JohnC (A Super Popup Killer!) has sent in what may prove to be the "SUPER SCRIPT" that we've all been looking for! And, it's so simple, it's almost scary! This script works by disabling the "window.open" feature of Javascript. If you are using Javascript windows on your own page, then this is NOT the script for you. But, if you have a plain-old HTML page with no Javascript windows, imagine adding TWO lines of code and eliminating Popup Ad windows for good! Does it sound too good to be true? I thought so too... but, I've seen it with my own eyes and so far it works on Tripod and Virtual Ave.
