The Globe Updates Their Code!
July 1999

[ *Sigh* ] In an effort to try to stop people from screwing with the Popup Ads. The Globe (http://www.theglobe.com) has redesigned their Javascript. At least the code from The Globe is within W3 standards unlike some other people who we won't mention.

What these companies fail to realize is that we will not stop until the Popup ads disappear for good! They can have a whole room full of Elbonians programming 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to improve their Popup code. But, the nice thing about the Web is that there is ALWAYS a weakness! All we have to do is simply reverse engineer their work and BLAMMO! no more Popup ads. :-)

So, if you have a homepage on 'Theglobe.com' just visit our solutions to check out how to get rid of the popup windows on their server. Just for anyone who is interested we are now perfecting a way to encrypt the popup killing code you can put on your pages. This makes it 100 times more difficult for them to search for it and lets you remain 'Popup Free' for longer periods of time!!!

Remember our motto folks: "Popups Must Die!" It's not 'popups must go away', or 'popups should stop'. It seriously implies that there will be some death involved!!! When Popups are dead and buried, then we can rest. But until then... the fight continues!
