All the evidence you need
A hug and a kiss on the cheek
A half ass apology
One forced tear drop and all is forgiven
All is left in the past
Nodding happily to questions
He didn’t even have the right to ask
How can you let someone walk all over you
And then welcome them with open arms
How can you keep from cringing when hugging a man
Who once caused you so much harm?
I can’t watch you get broken again
