there is a place that's cold and empty
that no one ever goes
there is a place that's very frightening
where happiness never shows
there is a girl that's sad and lonely
that feels so alone
there is a girl that's very lost
that cannot find her home
there is a feeling of desperation
which forces to extremes
there is a feeling that has no release
and makes you lose your dreams
there is a guy that is quite selfish
and tells everyone lies
there is a guy that's extremely sad
and really wants to die
there is a world that's bruised and choking
in a cloud of undiluted hate
there is a world that has no meaning
and nothing left to rape
there is a hope that is remaining
that things won't stay the same
there is a hope still bright inside me
that i can live again
