Walking through the window divine, I crash and burn the fear in my eye.
To leave this place I most dispair. To leave it all without a care.
I run and jump without play, Only to be caught by a single handed stray.
He told me to go back whence I came, For only I can lead the way.
As a question goes through my head, The question now I most fearly dread.
Do I go or do I stay? Do I dare go back to my dismay?
As the man sat there and stared, I turned around and grittly bared.
How dare I just runaway, without setting the rules of my game.
My Life!
That's right!
My life is my game.
So I tapped at the man that leered my way. "You have strayed away along your path." I said. But I now must go for you see it's time for my bed.
So as I walked back onto the path, The man spoke up. But I let it pass,
For you see it's a waste of my time, To turn back and look behind.
