"Why?" Her voice broke.
"There's no reason. Did you really think this would last forever?" He laughed as she failed to answer, "Sorry babe, thats just not ever gonna happen. I need different woman."
"But --" She took a deep breathe, "You said you loved me."
"And did you like it?" He asked throwing a T-Shirt in his suitcase.
"Of course i did I--"
"Then you had a good time." He zipped up his bag, "What else do you want? There's nothing more I will ever be able to give you." He kissed her forehead, "Thanks for a great month babe."
The door closed behind him and she sat there, unmoving, unsure of what she was uspposed to do. She wanted to scream in anger, curl up in agony, cry in lonliness.
But she did none.
"I can handle this..." She whispered shakily, "This happens to me every time, I can handle this."
No tears. No screaming.
She gets up and smooths on red lipstick prefectly. Curling her eyelashes and brushing pink on her cheeks she brushes out her hair.
He pulls out of the parking lot, he turns up the music loud as the wind whips his hair around his face. This time it's different. "Don't let a girl ever get under your skin man.. this is what you do..." He mutters to himself.
BUt he turns around.
He has to taste her kiss again.
He has to feel her body wrapped around his again. Again. Forever.
She pullss the gun out and shoots herself in the head once. It falls to the ground.
He opens the door.
And he lives forever.
