purples and greys

Just to say, my friend just read this, and he thought it about death, but its not,it's about moving on... so yeah, just keep that in mind coz I'm not suicidal or anything :)

****************************

Take me to the edge of the earth
Stare into my eyes
Remember this moment
Forever
For if
I live in you
I live in all that is beautiful
And perhaps
If you love the people you meet
No matter what race or age
I shall live too.

The oceans of time swirl below
I'm nervous
But for now
you hold my hands
And with you
Nothing ever goes wrong.

Close your eyes
Touch my lips
With your own
Let me taste you once more
Partake of everything that is pure
Sweet
And gentle.

Hold me like this
For a thousand years
As the stars burn overhead
On the edge of the world
With time rumbling below
In deep greys and purples
Calling my name.

I memorize your face
Let your touch burn into my skin
For I know now what shall happen
Just
Remember the beautiful nights
Wrapped up in each other
Carelessly
The endless summer days
Spent hiking through fields
Of daisies
Making chains
For our heads
You laughing
Thanking God you're friends were far.

(I thanked him no one was near.)

Remember the kisses
In tender sweet grass
Remember my face
Remember my laugh..

Now push me gently
Not to fast
Hold my hand for a moment
As I swirl into the purples and greys.

in reponse, my buddy ended it with this, he thoughtit was too sad:

I shall catch u before u reach the end....I will hold u until the rivers and oceans subside..I will move mountains to be by your side..because I love u..and nothing can change my heart..whether I am beast or man..i know what it is to have the warmth of u...the moment that burns in my mind...yes ..i will be there..and I will not let u fall
