The 7 Colors of Life

Born into the blue
Hated by all of them
But especially by you
Knowledge makes me gay
Happy for a decade
Pushed far from yesterday
Envious teen turns green
Saying useless things
Not knowing what I mean
Now I'm a confident fire
Of a bright, firery orange
Ages of maturity, full of desire
Reaching the middle in white
Wise and now sharing my life
Cherishing every starlit night
As a violet one in old age
I've accomplished this book
But I'm left with the last page
So I walk the red carpet of death
With sparkles of black lights
I sigh and release my last breath
As I step into the white nights
