decayed valentine

i'm not really sure why
but today is goodbye
the gold on my bracelet
and the tears on your cheeks
screaming those words
so hateful and dry
a valentine given
with nothing returned
hopes up for forgiveness
now shattered and torn
disgusted faces staring at her grave
her love was taken
prom dress remaining unworn
lying there in that corner
decaying in filth
undusted and vanquished
smelling deeply of mold
the colours fly by
and those eyes never close
no longer shall she search
for her partner of souls
an undying love acompanied by this stare
a death amongst us
an unwelcomed colapse
crushed to this day
perpetually alone
evermore he does cry
a damaged valentine
shall now rise to the sky
