Cutting the chains,
Letting him go,
Showing him all I have to show.
Feeling the weight
on my heart
lifted up,
Giving me the chance
to fill my own cup.
Forgetting the things
that made it all sad,
Remembering the times
when it wasn't so bad.
Memories will be all
that's in my mind,
It's that beautiful
