Whenever I write for you I get so frustrated A poem should be simple to do But we have a things that's too complicated
I've been here waiting to run away But you seem happy enough running in place I'm scared and I want to stay But it seems mine is a seperate race
You're out of my league I'm getting desperate to keep with your pace And I'm starting to feel the fatigue But I'll never give up the chase
You know it's true There's nothing I won't sacrifice So what should I do? I need your advice
Because the race hasn't even begun This is still the time trial And my time is almost done I'm going home in a while
But home is not where my heart will be You have it, the lock, and the key And while I'm unsure of what we will ever come to One thing's for sure: I _ _ _ _ YOU!
