of a Fall shower
I spy you under
a big oak tree
taking shelter
from the rain
that nutures the Earth
There we greet each other
with a gental embrace
and seal the moment
with a kiss
I wish we could stay this way
forever
To live with you
in paradise
but that wish could never be
It hurts to say why
the look in your eyes
says it all
and what time we have left
has been number
you have become so frail
like a priceless crystal
I pray God to take me
and spare you
but cries often go unanswered
