There is a direction
In life
For which remains unknown
There are secrets
In this world
Many that haven't been shown
There are paths we choose
To take
Some right, some wrong
There are friends we keep
For our entire lives
Beyond eternity
And with some we say so long
There are tasks we have to do
Which can make us only stronger
There will be people
We have to yearn for
Which may make the time
Seem longer
There are days with sadness
Some filled with hope
And most people in this life
Find either purpose or love
But some people are lucky enough
