The mirrors are breaking
Shattering around me.
Bad luck, tears fall.

At night memories come
Flooding back, I cant escape.

In the deafening silence I hear again
The sound of my life crashing down over me
The bad luck, the tears.

And at night I lay crying still
While I listen to the wind forlorn
Screaming your name.

"epiphany" - a modernist form of revelation perhaps most evident in James Joyce's collection of short stories, "Dubliners"... A writer who I might add spells more words incorrectly (or places them agrammatically) in his later work Ulysses than any other writer in the 20th century and possibly in all of English literature.
