Wow, your results are actually pretty good (by the normal definition of "good", not by mine), compared to most of the others I've seen. A bit of paranoia isn't always bad. Unless, of course you have a job that requires you to trust people around you. In which case, I'd get a different job. In my book, the world needs more schizotypal people. It's the people that have an out of the ordinary way of thinking that go on to do a lot of good (or sometimes bad) for the world. If no one ever thought of things that are generally thought to be impossible, man would be missing out on a lot of things. People once thought moving pictures and communicating with people on the other side of the world were impossible. Wow, the summary for antisocial sounds like everyone that works on Wall Street. So, become a businessperson. Or a bouncer. I'm sure there are other options. Uh, moderate borderline and narcissistic. Not exactly how to respond to that. In theory, the two could balance each other out, but it's unlikely. My only suggestion for being avoidant would be to write stories, or books even. If you enjoy writing, that is. Huh, moderately dependent too. Wow, you're just chock full of contradictions, aren't ya? Well, people like that are often fun to be around if you ask me. People like you keep things from getting boring for people like me. Wow, that probably doesn't help you one bit. It's ok to be obsessive-compulsive, unless you seek the approval of others. People often get fed up with people like us because they think we don't get anything done. If everyone was obsessive-compulsive, everything that gets done would be perfect, but nothing would get done. So, yeah, you're fairly well off with your personality, a little conflicted probably, but overall, you should be able to lead a functional life. But, I suppose, that's your choice and you don't need someone else to tell you that. Especially if they're getting paid to do it. (Yes, I have a thing against most psychiatrists.) Good Luck, Alatus vi Bellator. Oh, one more thing. I recommend this to just about everyone, but it really does help me. Listen to music you enjoy whenever you get a chance. And make time for yourself, just do something you enjoy, while listening to some of your favorite music. After a while, your mind and body will synchronize with rhythms and through those, you may be able to bacome a bit more stable. Headphones or surround sound are recommended, It helps me out quite a bit. And whenever you get into a really extreme mood, try listening to music with the exact opposite rhythm. If you're depressed, try listening to a really festive song. I suggest Fiesta de la Noche by the group O-Zone, or Sweet Sweet Samba from the "Gravitation Vocal Collection". Both can downloaded on beemp3.com (And yes, I know I have really wierd taste in music.) |
