| The results look most suggestive of borderline personality disorder. Have you had a look at our BPD forum? Do you exhibit the signs of BPD, such as self-harm, overwhelming feelings of anger or anxiety, unstable relationships, impulsive behavior? If so, it may be something you should pursue further. | |

So I took the test and everything was very high except for 3 of them. What do I do from here?, cause there is obviously something wrong and I have noticed it or I wouldn't be here asking for help. I don't have insurance so can't afford to go to a therapist. Are there some books that I can read that might help me get some of my mental health issues under control? Thanks, Tanya1 |

Look up David Burns. For example, Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy Revised and Updated (I own this book). Cognitive behavioral therapy is the dominant non-drug technique in modern therapy, and Burns was one of the pioneers. It's quite a good place to start if you are DIY. |
