| I am tired of feeling the way i do when i am in a large group of people. Like say my co-workers. I am fine when it's one or two people, but otherwise i usually don't say anything or if i do it's stupid. How can i stop being like this? | |

I have the same problem. What I do is surround myself with outgoing people so that the focus is on them and I'm not expected to talk. |

i feel the exact same as bdontalor, when in large groups i try not to talk but often i say thoughts outloud but i speak in a way that only a few close friends and i understand(they only understand cos they are really close to me) most of the time like when im explaining things to people, its hard to get things (like what im writing right now) into words most will undestand and make sense to others. i often express my true feelings through poetry. and if i want to tell someone something i hate doing it face to face. does that make sense to you? and if so have you or anyone you have talked to feel the same or do the same? |
