Well the title says it all. Whenever i have dinner (or anything for that matter) and one of my parents (or anybody really) says something i alway's make fun out of it, but in my head so i dont say it aloud. But i always think my parents can here what im saying in my head so i say in my head something like 'not really, my parents are lovely' or something nice about them. I usually make fun (in my head) about my step-dad, he's a nice guy and i want to like him but he just winds me up (i dont no why) and he doesn't mean to, even when he isnt talking to me.

Well maybe they can see your expression. Even when you think something privately to yourself it can leak out of your face. -.-

When I was a young girl someone told me that they thought my Dad had ESP and for MANY years I censored what I thought when I was around him. I'm sorry that I did that to myself because now that I'm much older I realize how harmful that was to me. If you're not careful it's easy to become paranoid and to start censoring yourself that leads`to isolation. I hope you an find a trusted adult to talk to (real human contact-not computer). Just know that you aren't alone. Lastly, other people cannot read your mind, however they can read your body langauge, see your expressions etc. and that's a good thing. That's how someone who loves you knows when you're having a bad day even though you say that your fine.
