| Well the title says it all. Whenever i have dinner (or anything for that matter) and one of my parents (or anybody really) says something i alway's make fun out of it, but in my head so i dont say it aloud. But i always think my parents can here what im saying in my head so i say in my head something like 'not really, my parents are lovely' or something nice about them. I usually make fun (in my head) about my step-dad, he's a nice guy and i want to like him but he just winds me up (i dont no why) and he doesn't mean to, even when he isnt talking to me. | |

| Well maybe they can see your expression. Even when you think something privately to yourself it can leak out of your face. -.- | |

| When I was a young girl someone told me that they thought my Dad had ESP and for MANY years I censored what I thought when I was around him. I'm sorry that I did that to myself because now that I'm much older I realize how harmful that was to me. If you're not careful it's easy to become paranoid and to start censoring yourself that leads`to isolation. I hope you an find a trusted adult to talk to (real human contact-not computer). Just know that you aren't alone. Lastly, other people cannot read your mind, however they can read your body langauge, see your expressions etc. and that's a good thing. That's how someone who loves you knows when you're having a bad day even though you say that your fine. | |
