| what happened kjs??? sorry to hear that. :( I find the mindfulness is harder to concentrate on when I'm not doing so well unfortunately.. but if I persevere at it, sometimes it works, and then the crisis lifts or starts to seem manageable.. glad u r hanging in =) | |
