| I've taken alot of test and like this one OCD came up Very high. So for the past few years when people start to make fun of my compulsive behaver I tell them that I have OCD. One person who helped me use it for good was my boss she gave me things to obsess over so they were in the right spot or in order. It relaxes me to see things in that way and it takes worrie of her mind because she knows with me it will get done right. You have to find what trigers it and use it to your advantage. One of my big ones is order things have to have a spot and they have to be in that spot when not in use. | |

| That's nice ... your boss sounds so nice and understanding .. haven't found a "good side" of BPD yet. But I'm very happy for you. | |

| the hardest part of me being an OCD is not about me counting things too often, it's more about working in a group. I find it so hard to work with people because it's hard to trust them to meet my high standard. I haven't found any good thing about this. What do you think? | |
