HELP MEEEEE!!!!!!

	A while ago I had put my test tube filled with mercury in my pocket. But then the test tube accidently brok in my pocket.... I DONT KNOW HOW THAT ..... HAPPEND.. ANd I felt I Was Wet on my chest side. I put my hand and saw that It was the mercury. This cant me happen to me no. I was in a goddaam room. I its f---ing possible that i Was breating the mercury vapor all the f---ing time. Oww man I am f---ing In panic right now. Now that I read that mercury accumulates in the brain. I was breathing the vapor all the time in a room. vapor realese on room temperature. And Now more f---ing devastating for me that i know that tuna has mercury. I eat it each day for about 3 months. I man f---ing killing myself with my obsesion with healty foods. HELP MEEE FOR TODAY I AM going paranoid crazy and really depressed. Calm me down Just please calm me nowww.
