Ive realized that im very dependent, i want someone to control every aspect of my life.

And when it comes to the government many people want very little governmental intervention, i want the government to control everything and when i hear conspiracy theorys i want to kill the people who are saying them, it is veyr hard to control this urge but somehow i do.

I only dislike the UK government because it fails hard, we have a fail prime minister, and we pay taxes etc only for it to be wasted. There are unnecessary laws too.

Thats like everywhere else, the US government right now is failing more right now than any other major government but the thing is i would rather have a supremely f---ed up government telling me what to do than a bunch of retards that think that they could do a better job or that anarchy would be better than what we have right now.

I honestly think anarchy, or a government going that way would be best. On paper that is, as we all know plans go wrong.

Synapse, i read the Guardian, watch TV news. If you think Gordon Brown is doing a good job, then idk what to say :S
The government needs to inject cash into the economy, so they cut VAT to 15%. Ok, very wise :S
They need to windfall tax those that earn astronomical figures and inject that back into the system.

Taxing people who have money is the opposite of what you want to do

Why should bankers be "earning" multi-million pound bonuses when the banks are the reason for the global recession?

Taxing the people who own them isnt going to change anything

What they need to do is change law to regulate banks but they cant really do that because banks are under the same regulations as business

I agree actually, optimally banks should be state owned. Well what i mean is government controls interest rates if the Bank of England, and the US equivalent w/e its called.

But those bankers, shouldn't be paid for what they screwed up.

Yeah, but has been only recently, before the government would set interest rates for it, now its free, and they dropped them too low. Companies were set up that took out loans, and sold them onto others, without a care of if they could pay it back or not. Or something along those lines.
