I was riding home on the bus stoned today and decided, for the first time, that I have a serious problem with obsessiveness. So I came online to look it up. I knew there was something wrong with me but I could not pin-point it before. Turns out that's probably because I apparently qualify for almost every personality disorder here. Seriously, only 2 of them I had medium for and there rest were, except for histrionic and dependet, for which I am VERY HIGH. Wonderful, and I look quickly to see some way I can start reversing this situation and I see that there really isn't anything in particular I can do other than years of psychotherapy. I am not going to have money for that but I need to start doing something about this. Does someone have any suggestions as to what I can start doing for myself?

You may have got "Very High" on most of them, but that just means "very high risk", and you don't necessarily have it. My advice is to follow up any you might have had suspicions before taking the test, such as your problem with obsessiveness. A doctor would probably suffice to begin with. As for the others, if you've never had problems with it before, theres no point giving yourself something to worry about, and give yourself problems with it now.

Scary isn't it when you start to think that maybe there is something seriously wrong - and then, often people say there is no cure.

Not my experience. The cure starts with self-connection. I started with lists of feelings words that I would read through to help me figure out what I was feeling. Extremely helpful.
