I mostly smoke pot and I only drink wine once in a while...the pot use calms me down and I dont see the problem in it. I have tried E about six times and I liked it way too much...im gonna try to stay away from that stuff.

Never done serious drugs, and I intend to keep it that way. I KNOW I get addicted to things REALLY easily, and I KNOW I'll have a really hard time stopping if I ever start. The closest thing to a drug I took was cough syrup :) it made me happy for a whole day and isn't addicting.

Usually, I take Advil for sleeping problems. Cough syrup is too precious to me. I ran out of it a month ago and my mom won't get me any. She doesn't know I'm drinking bottles of it at a time but I think she just wants to spite me.

I'm sorry that you have sleeping troubles... I usually fall asleep like a log. :(

Usually i sleep like a log too. But now that i have lots of things to settle before migrating, i get those troubles.. like yesterday night, i was unable to sleep thinking of how to sell my car, coz i've got a buyer who won't be settling the amount in full, but will settle in instalments. it triggered my panic attack, coz i am short of time, i don't have any other alternative but leaving the country without fully settling it is kinda worrying me..what if the guy never settles the thing like been promised? so i drank my syrup to fall asleep. but then i woke up at 4am and unable to sleep until it was time to go to office. that palpitations n worries are just unbearable...
