Ok so, i spoke to the group today in BPD about how i hear voices and the health team said when you are highly stressed or emotionally unable to deal with something. This is a normal thing to happen with people suffering from BPD or EID. Does this happen to you more when you are in difficult situations?xx

when i am in difficult situation, i get panic attacks. i get insomnias, palipitations, irrational thoughts, phobias, thought swings from feeling it's ok to it's not ok abruptly, will feel nauseous, lightheaded, get diarrhea etc. but i don't hear voices. though i talk to myself n there's this inner me talking to me, it's not like voices, it's just myself talking to me.. but i guess, what the health team is saying is true..when we are under stress, our mind might not be stable n diffrent people will experience diffrent mechanism to deal with the stress..

I had no idea the voices were related to the BPD...I just thought I had a psychotic depression bc I also have MDD(major Depressive Disorder)...this is very interesting. My voices usually are telling me what a bad person I am and how I should just kill myself. They are aweful...I feel for anyone going through the same thing...hang in there everybody!

It depends, it could be BPD related, or like me be related to something else.
