my new school councillor found out i cut and told my mum... mum is trying to be supportive but she really doesnt understand, even when i try to explain, and now i have gone into that really numb state of mind, with no feelings ect. im really worried that mum is going to blame herself, or is already. i dont want her sad, but i wake up in the middle of the night and here her crying. but still i cant stop cutting... any suggestions on what to do? |

| Be honest. From the start, tell her everything. She seems the type that wouldn't get angry at you :) | |

| tell your mum, why u cut. n tell her that u will try to stop but u need time. tell her how u would feel if u you don't. tell her it is nothing to do with her(if it's really mothing to do with her)so that she won't blame herself. i know that numb state of mind. u just go blank. but just try to collect yourself to do it. good luck | |
