	i have all these things to remind me and professionals that advise me but as time goes by,it only seems that self destruction is a part of me i hold onto photos and memories unsure whether to cherish or let haunt me intoxication is relieving but only for the time being providing a wall to protect me my scars are bewildering but only to me for only i see how decieving they can be...

	I hope you share more with us. writtings a very healthy thing to do, and its even better when u share it with others. I've felt exactly like that before. Not everyone can express themselves like that, your talented. Next time you feel happy give your talents a try.

	dunno.. writers block or something. just doesnt work for me... ive tried! would love to write about rainbows and butterflys and stuff.. guess it just doesnt have the same effect. spose its a bit of a calming technique- a release.. maybe i just dont have the need when im happy!?

	Does make sense, like its a negitive emotion outlet, wish I could be creative like that, God knows I've felt that way.
