| For me Happy is diong the right things for the right reasons and trying to have nothing in my life that is a lie. That way I feel good about myself, really feel good about myself. Happy is when I can say "Tracy, (thats my name) you really are a good person" And truely believe it. Being of service in my 12 step groups and helping other people when they've needed me has helped me to feel good about myself and be happy. Self forgivness als helps for me. In everything that I've done to hurt other people I have hurt myself just as much. Forgiving others helps me too, Its hard to be happy when you are all pissed off and butt hurt about something. | |

Happy is to be in a life where there is peace and love. You are happy when you appreciate someone and someone appreciates u.. You love someone and someone loves u.. You trust someone and someone trusts u.. You respect someone and someone respects you.. You do anything for someone without hopes or conditions or agendas hidden behind and the someone does the same to you.. Happy is when you feel you are accepted for what u are, given freedom to be who you are,being appreciated for the good things you do, being forgiven for the bad things u did and given guidance and encouragement to improve who u are without being condemned or critisized.. |
