| good question. i'm feeling quite positive today. Have theropy tomorrow so can get alot out with the group as it has been an up and down week as per lol! I have an emotional continum form which i have filled out to express how im feeling positive or negative. At the moment have no urges to do anything silly. Feel good!xx what bout you? | |

I'm thinking a little about Emo...I'm gratful I'm not in that kind of space today. I might go check out this school today, its a school for addiction studies to become a counslor, its on saturdays so i might sign up and no urges to do anything silly either. I'm glad u r looking forward to therpy. Sometimes its hard to identify how I feel.. Positive/Negitive makes identification easier huh? |

| i'm not sure really. I either feel really good or really bad nothing in between, well i guess sometimes i do. Its strange. I'm thinking bit emo too. He must have been in a bad place. I hate that place when i get to that point. Sounds good about the whole school thing bet you wiould make a great councellor. You should defo sign up. Want can you loose by doing that. People that have suffered themselves usually give better advice than those who have never had any bad experiences. Good luck.xx | |

Yeah, Iceland low prices FTW :D And he's only one, yet he has mastered the art of throwing his ball towards the TV, going to get it, then quickly climbing up and turning the TV off before anyone realises :\ |
