overdosing

	I have taken so many overdoses i'm suprised i'm still alive. I know how desperate it is to feel low and dead inside. I have to fight wiv myself not to do it eachday. Life is a strange one but in the end it is what you make of it. I hate having nights like this. When i feel so alone. I guess i'm just writing this down now so i don't do anything stupid right now. Feel like i cud take all my pills. at least i cud sleep then. Man i'm soooooo confused wiv myself right now. sory.

	Ive tried it once, but it didn't work (obviously xD) There must be something good in your life to focus on, friends, family? Please, don't do it, it won't solve much.

	well i love my music. play guitar and sing. My family went to see a carers person today to help for me and them. Just seems like i have caused them so many probs. Feel a failure in mmy family.

	You're not a failure, i don't know much about you but you seem pretty nice :) Focus on those you mentioned, and hopefully you won't get these thoughts ;D

	If you can't sleep, try eating something hot and watching a nice movie .. or something. Although you're prolly tired and really sleepy if you can't sleep it's better to do something enjoyable rather than toss and turn for hours wishing you could sleep. I hate it when that happens to me.. What pills you talking about?

	thanks guys just finshed watching a movie 'Smile' was good. Well i take mood stabilisers, antipsychotics,antidepressants and axiety tablets. all prescribed by psychiatrist. But feels like i'm immuned to them now. I sooo grateful for this new site to be able to chat to people who are also suffering but its good to help eachother. thank you so much.xx

	Hey, I think I know how you feel, on that last post you seemed happy. Maybe you just need to distract yourself, that's what I do. As odd as it seems wrighting songs helps, that's how I vent. Write a song or poem with all your feelings in it. Playin guitar helps too, gentle soft songs, possitive thinking it all helps to put you in a good place. Please don't do anything, the world didn't need to lose anyone, we all make it what it is :)

	What are you trying to overdose on? Your scripts? I've overdosed on ketamine and ecstasy but have made it out alive twice. Yes, I know the feeling of being so low you will do anything to die. But it never works out quite as expected.

	Hey Stephie, seems like a few of my new friends are having a rough time. I know it might sound dorky but check in, what r u thinking? Feeling?Actions?urges? last year I had skin cancer, and what a trip is the scar visible on my neck looks like all my cutting scars I'm so careful to hide, anyways there was this poster in the doctor office waiting room that had all kinds of sayings. I was in the waiting room alot over the course of a couple of months, one saying caught my eye and i began to practice it in my life. At first it was hard, but now its a part of who I am. It said "Be the most Postive and Enthustastic person you know" I am that person today.
