Hello, i have found this website today. I am 18 and have been suffering with what i now think is BPD for 3 years. i have been in a psychatric ward, seen counsellors and have been on antidepressents with no prevail.

I have been reading the posts on here and my god i feel like you are me writing them!!

I have always found it difficult explaining my feelings and shut down whenever i have to speak about them.

I still cant write about how i feel, i just cannot put it into words. i am so desperate i have attempted suicide now.

how can i approach my doctors with this information. does anyone know the best way to get help, or jsut to learn to cope.

"i have been in a psychatric ward, seen counsellors and have been on antidepressents with no prevail."

Ohhh man it ceases to amaze me how often I hear this.

Basically, if none of that helped then you got no option but to cope. Hang out with other people that have BPD and see if it helps, I dunno.

yup, hanging out with other fellow bpds and having us, the bpds to listen and "i understand exactly how u feel, maybe this is what u can do.." suggestions on how to cope your life with bpd cud help..

rather than wandering out there alone, having no one to understand us, which we can't bleme them, though, because we ourself don't understand what we want, but it is not solely our mistake..
