i have not cut myself for 2 weeks i know it dosent sound like a long time but i'm proud of myself that i stopped for that long has anyone tried to stop? if so how long did u go without cutting |

| i've tried, but the longest i've gone is maybe a few months, but then i couldnt deal anymore and fell back into my old ways, but it does help now bc i've gone about a week with cutting now. | |

| I found someone who made me quit and i went for two years cause she really hated it. that and smoking. Shes now my ex and i smoke and cut a lot more | |

| I quit cutting for about 4 months, but not by choice, it's a long story. But then in March this year I started back, I'm trying to stop now, but it's really, really hard. My advice, don't start cutting because once you do you can't stop. | |
