the way you cut yourself

	aca6: Yeah, that's probably why someone started this. So people can talk about it because they can't talk to anyone else. No one else understands, you know? 35mm: I guess I won't now. But don't feel guilty =D And I cut both ways; left to right and up and down. And I cut on my left arm. I can't do my right with my left hand. It's too hard. But it would be nice to have another place to cut. Where do you guys cut?

	Lovethemusic:I cut on both arms since though I'm left handed I seem to be able to hold a knife easily. Legs work to if I feel like it but I like arms the best. That probably was the reason they started this forum. People really don't seem to understand except in this forum they do which is good because you can talk freely. (except for that anymouse what ever his/her name is user)

	yeah but cuts anywhere else heal super quick. the ones on my thighs are taking forever!!!

	Maybe you have sensitive thighs. Some people do. Some people have sensitive skin in certain areas while they have "tougher" skin in others. Either that or you thighs are plotting against you XD.

	aca6: I'll try my legs, that seems really interesting... ha ha =D I read that some people have tried thighs... like vulcan_android. It sucks that the cuts won't heal. But have you done that? Or is that what you mean by legs? (sorry, I must sound dumb, the only place i cut is my left arm) and yeah, that's probably why. I know I can't talk to anyone at school or my best friend or anyone like that, because I know they'll judge me and they won't understand like anyone here would. You know? vulcan_andriod: maybe you could try putting some cut medicine or whatever on there to help it heal quicker. At least no will see and questions won't be asked.

	lovethemusic: I meant anywhere on the leg. Lower, upper, middle anywhere's fine, though you should go with the upper if you have to wear shorts to gym.

	Lovethemusic:sorry I accidently clicked before I finished your question. No you don't sound dumb. I trust two bf's with my secret but I have a feeling they are judging me also. They don't want to say anything because they know I'll withdraw and probably hurt myself more.I don't think they understand why I do it. They think they know alot about my life but in truth they know only know a small portion so maybe thats why. I do know. Apperantly anyone who is different is societies outcast when society itself seems to be corupt.

I guess I'm going to have to go with upper leg if I do cut on my leg. But for some reason, cutting on my arm seems more natural. I don't know how to explain that; that probably sounds weird... And I'm sorry that they are judging you. It's kind of messed up that they are. At least you know you can trust them, but it's still messed up. If they don't understand, and don't see what is happening every second of your life and how it effects you, then they don't really have a place to be able to judge you. That's just what I think because if they don't know the majority of things that has happened and is happening in your life, then how can they judge your life and you cutting? And I so agree with you on that last line. It's dumb that society is like that; if you're different, you're out.

	Merry Christmas everyone! I haven't cut in a while, and I can't cut my arms anymore either because I have gym next term and you need to wear short sleeves, I just hope that noone notices the scars.

	lovethemusic: Society is the same in every culture and no matter what people say there are "outcasts" in every one of them. It doesn't sound weird that it feels more natural cutting your arms. Your arms are just there and are easier to cut. I can't really explain it well but I hope you get what I'm trying to say. Upper legs work better than lower because in Gym people can see lower cuts and then all the stupid, moronic questions come. My friends will probably never know much about me they will only think they do and most likely judge me based on that opinion. Personally I'm just glad they don't over exagerate. MeMyselfAndI:Good for you. If anyone notices the scars just say the fence scratched me, the cat, I feel when I was climbing a tree, and so on. Most people will believe you suprisingly.

	s--- I am pissed...this sucks. I have scars from head to foot...yes on the face and believe me I do not go out very much. Sometimes I wish it was a burn...that seems more acceptable. Whatever you guys do...DO NOT CUT ON THE FACE!!!!! You will never live it down...you will always regret it.
