	The way I cut myself: I cut my cilia using cigarettes, and I have the urge to do it again right now. :P

	hdnsdwn, part of life? You know the reason why i cut? Because its one thing i can do to my physical self, thats real, that i have done, not what some hallucination says, or occasionally shows. So no, quite frankly, it isn't part of life. Its not even real.

THEY should grow up, because if you go around bashing people you don't even know on the internet, you're a coward and an ignorant one at that. Everyone has a different reason for cutting and I'm sure they think about how they disappoint others by doing it. Actually when I think about that while cutting. It just makes me cut more. So really think about what you say, before you say it. I apologize to the other people on this board that don't appreciate negativity of any kind. I just thought that should be said.

	I just joined and have been reading over these painful but close to my heart posts. I know how it is too feel like the only relief or release you'll have is a nice slow slice. Anonymous was a looky loo just hoping to find some horror. I am 36 and have rings and stripes around my ankles that started when I was 12. There are serious scars on my wrists that I was put away for when I was younger, and I've had to explain those to my girls, who thankfully don't have this painful need. I have always made sure they know how much I love them and I've let them express themselves anyway they want, I have a painter who fancies herself Lady Gaga and a singer in love with Marilyn Manson. Each one of you out there has my love and respect today. Sometimes it's so hard for me to not cut, but I try to find something else. Maybe you can try, too.

	I use a guitar string now I just stab myself see blood I go about an inch deep depending on the string

	Well, I used a pair of scissors recently. They worked pretty well. I cut about 3 inches up my arm. I do this because whzen I feel the physical pain it helps me forget about the emotional pain. The emotional pain is worse bcuz all I want to do is kill myself. I've been through a lot but I'm sure you all have, right? My parents never see the cuts on my arms even when I wear short sleeves. That just proves to me how little atention they pay to me. Btw my name is Kristan and I'm 13. Thanks for letting me express myself :)
