i have all the symptoms of BPD but i cant bring myself to accept the fact that there is something wrong... i cant bring myself to tell anyone because i don't want them sending me to a hospital.. and i feel even if i do tell them all they're going to do is blow it off as a "stage" that all teenagers go through... i dont know if its just me but im pretty sure stages don't last 3 years... help me please.

hey,
I understand you too well. I am afraid to tell anyone.

I have read that hospitalization in BPD isn't necceserry. Anyway - if you are suicidal or harming yourself in dangerous way - so you got a really big disorder of personality - maybe thay would but I really doubt.

If you are an adult you can try to find some psychologit and try to learn about what your problems really are. And nobody around you would know about it.

Well - the different thing is you don't.
Sure - your family can try to make you go to the hospital. It is drastic and I believe hard not only for you but for them as well. But if you would use that chance your further live could be much better.

Maybe you could try for using some self-help strategies - that is if you really want to make some change about yourself. But dealing with it alone is rather hard.

Maybe you could start from phoning to some helping support organisation so you could talk about without being face to face and labelling you or making you do things.

how you are dealing with your problems?
Just see - this isn't a test used for evaluation - but it surely makes you aware of your problems.

bye and hope you'd answer

wow, thanks for the insight, i've tried talking to people, but even if its not face to face i still cant be open, along with BPD i also have paranoia.. i cant trust anyone and i feel like there always talking bad about me.. maybe im worse then i think, but i've thought of suicide and i do harm myself.. so idk..
