Is this avoidant?

	I find it hard to talk to strangers even ask for directions or if im in a social circle i just dont talk unless im spoken to even that is minimal. I dont make friends easily but i know inside of me is this funny person that will get on with most people but i cant be like that with people i dont know whats wrong with me is it a antisocial disorder?

	it doesn't sound like you are avoidant, and definitely not antisocial. An antisocial disorder is marked by cruelty and lack of conscience, it doens't mean asocial. You just sound shy, which is something we all feel occasionally. I fyour shyness is bothering you, perhaps seek some kind of help. There are courses you can do, and just talking to people about it can boost your confidence in your self. There's nothing wrong with you, you just need to learn to feel comfortable with yourself Best of luck (:

	Thanks for your reply. The main reason i don't talk to people openly is because im very conscience about how i look i think im ugly and i think they're going to talk about me and i know people do sometimes.

	hey, many people has got issues with shyness. No one like to be feeling like shy person but thats just life. you got to deal with this - and with time I think you will overcome this. good luck
